The rental rate is $29.50/SF/year full service (includes utilities and nightly cleaning service) and a reasonable amount of remodeling to suit your companies needs. Parking is free at a ratio of 3.8/1000.  A cafe is located on the first floor.

A new and free corporate fitness center is located on the first floor.  Commercial grade exercise equipment includes two treadmills, two elliptical cross-trainers, one recumbent bike and a multi-station weight machine in addition to Mens and Womens showers.
